Southern Craft BBQ Kingsport – Authentic Smoked Meats & Southern Hospitality in Kingsport, TN

The smoked turkey & fried okra!!! Soooo good! We also got a rack of ribs, burnt ends sandwich, fries & greens. Everything was great!!

Good atmosphere. Server wasn’t attentive had to flag him down and ask the manager walking by for boxes and drink refills. Food was good. Garlic toast and not light bread would have been better. Overall all pretty good place.

Whoever was in charge of hiring the staff for the Kingsport Southern Craft was smart when doing so. It’s apparent that people were carefully selected and not just automatically hired. We had Paige as our server and my name is Paige too :) we thought that was funny. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Atmosphere was awesome and the warm low lighting is perfect. Can’t wait to come back and try their cocktails once they have their liquor license. Y’all are killing it!

What a fantastic intimately scaled restaurant!!! We had such a great time at the beautiful bar waiting on friends!!! Then we ate upstairs and the original (i suppose what used to be exterior walls) adorned with coca-cola murals set a great ambiance!! I will definitely go back..

It was really good bbq with affordable prices. We got the Tennessee Trinity that came with 3 meats and 3 sides for only $32. The smoked whole chicken and the brisket were the best. The pulled pork was average. They got three styles of bbq sauce. The cucumber salad was sooo refreshing. Not the biggest fan of their coleslaw or fried pickles though. Coleslaw slightly under seasoned but fried pickles kinda too sweet and salty

This spot is a hidden gem! Seriously some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I got the Smokehouse Burger with the sweet potato soufflé and it was so good. We liked it so much, we came back a few days later. The second time, I tried the Killer B sandwich which was super soft and smooth. I went with the mac n cheese as a side, but that was kind of a letdown. It didn’t have much flavor and was cold. My partner got the pulled pork tacos and they were incredibly good! Their sauces are awesome and the meat is smoked just right. The staff was really friendly and the vibe of the place was great. We tried a couple desserts to go. The blackberry cobbler was amazing, super flaky and tasty. The banana pudding, though, was kind of bland, and not as good as others we’ve had. If you're in Kingsport, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Awesome lunch! I had the yard bird tacos! They were delicious! The staff was so friendly and kind. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. Will definitely be my new go to spot while in Kingsport!

The food far exceeded our expectations. The smoked sliced turkey was delicious and my favorite part of the meal. Staff were all inviting and friendly. We will be counting down the days to return to the area and eat here again.
